Based on income eligibility OR a hardship, this City of Detroit program can partially or fully eliminate your current year’s property taxes!

To see if you qualify, attend a free Property Tax Exemption Workshop, offered every 2nd Wednesday of the month with walk-in hours from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at 1018 Chalmers St, Detroit, MI 48215.

There will be counselors on hand to provide one-on-one assistance with completing the application.
