JEI's main headquarters are temporarily located in the Rivertown District. In October 2016, we moved out of our Jefferson-Chalmers headquarters to renovate the old bank building into Norma G’s Cuisine, a new full service restaurant.

JEI Neighborhood Resource Hub
The Neighborhood Resource Hub provides the Jefferson-Chalmers community with several critical services and resources designed to help neighborhood residents and businesses.
The Hub offers access to a variety of services and resources, including housing counseling services; energy efficiency improvements and additional home repair grants; HOPE application support; business coaching; commercial site referrals; business tech training; public WiFi.
In addition to services rendered by the JEI staff, the resource hub acts as an event space.
