empowering e-commerce: how jei helped the luvgluv thrive

When DaNita Weddle, owner of The LuvGluv first heard about JEI through our partner, University of Michigan Detroit Neighborhood Entrepreneur Project (U-M DNEP), she was looking for ways to elevate her thriving e-commerce business.

“The support from your [Community Tech Consultant] program helped me to streamline my system and better serve my customers.”

Our Community Tech Consultant (CTC) helped DaNita implement an integrated point-of-sale system, significantly improving inventory tracking and management. This enabled her to maintain optimal inventory, reduce costs, avoid lost sales, and streamline ordering, becoming more efficient and profitable.

"I was challenged by having various point of sale systems and software that weren't connecting properly. I couldn't properly account for sales and inventory." DaNita shares. "The support from your program helped me to streamline my system and better serve my customers."

Visit TheLuvGluv.com to explore DaNita’s products, and look out for her pop-up shops around Metro Detroit. Today, she’s at TechTown Detroit from 11 AM to 2 PM for The SHOP—TechTown’s monthly retail marketplace!
