Bridging the Gap: How collaboration helped Ms. Paul rebuild stability and connection

When Ms. Paul had to move after her rental home was sold, she faced unexpected challenges. On top of adjusting to a new place, she lost access to the internet, something she relied on for virtual doctor visits, emergency updates, and keeping her part-time job.

Without internet access, staying informed and connected became incredibly difficult. That’s when JEI stepped in to help 🤝. Through our partnership with HUMAN-IT, we helped Ms. Paul enroll in a program that provides an unlimited hotspot box, ensuring she could stay online at home and on the go.
