🏠JEI’s Home Repair program is making an impact, helping Detroit residents with necessary home repairs and energy saving upgrades!

This year, with support from the DTE Energy Efficiency Assistance (EEA) program, we’ve deployed over $587,000 in upgrades for 76 households—including new furnaces, air conditioning, insulation, and health and safety repairs tied to energy efficiency.

✨The result? Families are saving an average of $400 annually on utility bills—putting money back in their pockets. Together, we’re building a more energy-efficient and stable community.
