District 4 Residents: Take the Pedestrian Safety Survey - Ends June 30

Detroit District 4! The City of Detroit Department of Public Works is working on a new research project, and need your help! The following survey will help them learn more about what you know and think about pedestrian safety in the city.

Your responses will also help them develop a safety campaign to make our community safer for people who walk or use a wheelchair or scooter for assistance.

Participation is voluntary, and your feedback will be kept private. You only need to answer questions that you feel comfortable with. The survey will take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

Participants will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card.

If you are 18 years or older and interested in helping, you can complete the survey by scanning the QR code below or clicking this link: https://bit.ly/3XtnBvi

Thank you for participating! If you have any questions about the survey, please contact PedEd@michiganfitness.org.
