Join us for our next virtual Homeownership Workshop! Hear a special presentation from guet speaker Tricia Talley, Executive Director of the North Corktown Neighborhood Assocation!
Ms. Talley will discuss the Tomorrow’s Housing Innovation Showcase (THIS), an initiative featuring up to nine manufacturers, each constructing a modern, energy-efficient home in North Corktown. The North Corktown Neighborhood Association (NCNA) will create a community land trust (CLT) to oversee the project. This CLT will ensure the homes are developed to meet community needs and prioritize local renters and first-time homebuyers for ownership opportunities.
