City of Detroit Community Care Network (COVID-19 Testing)

Information on COVID-19 Drive Thru testing site located at the Joseph Walker Williams Community Center. Tests are free to all Wayne, Oakland and Macomb county residents. No prescription is necessary. Appointment is required. Testing hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m, Monday - Friday.

The plan will restore water service for Detroit residents and prevent new service interruptions at no initial cost during Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak. Available Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Fannie Mae

One Fair Wage Emergency Assistance

Providing free, cash assistance to restaurant workers, delivery drivers and other tipped workers and service workers — who are seeing their income decline during this disaster, or aren’t able to work because of quarantines or other health concerns.

Metro Detroit COVID-19 Artist Crisis Emergency Fund (A.C.E. Fund)

An initiative of Mitch Albom, Huntington Bank and Metro Solutions in partnership with the Detroit Office of Arts, Culture and Entrepreneurship. Local area arts & cultural workers (musicians, artists, painters, etc.) who are experiencing a sudden and severe loss of wages during the COVID-19 crisis can apply for one-time $500 grants. Funds will be distributed until they run out.
